What is The Process Like?

Life coaching is a solution-focused one-on-one, collaborative process in which a professionally trained coach helps the client achieve personal, relationship, or professional goals. Coaches use a number of tools, techniques, and processes designed to help the client find what drives them, where they want to go, and the best way to get there. The relationship builds on the foundation of trust and grows through various stages. The universal steps of the life coach are:

2. Assessing priority areas

Sessions focused on different challenge areas or a series of sessions focused on deeper analysis of a long term unresolved problem

3. Identifying stuck / problem areas

Finding the root cause, the pains and the gain associated with the stuck-up situations /goals

4. Establishing and defining goals

Creating a clear list of reachable specific goals and a time frame to complete them.

5. Defining the steps needed

Breaking down the goal process to a science and establishing what can logically be done to improve.

6. Making the commitment to achieve set goals

Putting the right steps in place to ensure that the actions are carried out.

7. Measuring progress

Follow up sessions to gauge the progress made on goals
